MG Construction is built on a genuine passion for construction, backed by decades of hands-on experience along the Gulf Coast.

The passion started early for our founder, Max Gazzo, who began working with an Anna Maria Island home builder at just 14 years old and continued working with multiple builders, learning on active job sites, watching trades work, and building relationships with local crews.

Max earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida. After graduation, he returned to Bradenton to begin his career in coastal, custom homebuilding.

Over the next two decades, Max managed and built more than 100 custom homes ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet and $1M to $15M across Manatee and Sarasota counties.

In 2024, Max founded MG Construction to build a company where quality construction is driven by great leadership, strong communication, and lasting relationships.

We are a boutique builder on Anna Maria Island that takes on a select number of projects to prioritize clear communication, hands-on management, and collaborative partnerships between clients, architects, designers, and trades.

Today, MG Construction specializes in building luxury, coastal homes throughout Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and nearby areas. Our team brings together local knowledge, high-quality craftsmanship, and a client-focused approach to create homes built to last and built with care.

Our large-scale renovations often include full interior reworks, floor plan changes, additions, structural upgrades, and exterior transformations. The process includes planning, design coordination, permitting, and full construction management while honoring its original structure and your vision.
