Melinda joined MG Construction in November 2025 and keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes. She loves watching a vision turn into something real and loves the collaboration and decision-making that goes into every build. Outside of work, Melinda enjoys staying active through yoga, paddle boarding, camping, and spending time with her two young kids.

Marlin has been part of the MG Construction team since day one. He finds the work especially rewarding, enjoying the process of seeing a project through from start to finish and being able to say, “I helped make that happen.” Outside of work, Marlin enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.

With 15 years of experience in construction, Ben brings a deep level of skill and problem-solving to the team. His favorite part of the job is tackling complex challenges to create exactly what the client envisions. When he’s not on site, Ben enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and watching hockey.

BOOKKEEPER
Alicia has over 10 years of experience handling bookkeeping for construction companies and has been with MG Construction since 2025. She enjoys being part of a process that helps bring clients’ dream homes to life. Outside of work, Alicia loves attending her kids’ sporting events, reading, traveling, and serving in her church.
